Job Description
As Account Manager for Wallonia, Brussels & Luxembourg (Extra-Muros), you will represent, promote and sell our home care and pressure and mobility care products to a variety of customers, including health insurance companies, medical stores, physical therapy and primary care wholesalers, and home care organizations.
What will you do?
- Actively seek out and visit new customers, channels and outlets
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers through training, product launches and cross- and upselling
- Give live product demonstrations, attend trade shows and events, and conduct training sessions
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to market analysis and action plans
- Support internal commercial activities, product launches and marketing initiatives working closely with the Business Unit Manager and Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who is not only commercially driven, but also passionate about healthcare solutions. You ideally have:
- A degree in higher education or a commercial background, preferably in physical or occupational therapy
- Relevant experience in a similar position or industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer and service-oriented mentality
- A proactive, organized and stress-resistant work attitude
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends
- Fluent in French and Dutch, and able to attend meetings in English
- A central location in Belgium and willingness to travel within your region
