What will you do?
As a Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all Innomediq customers for incident reporting and resolution. You will also work on maintenance and repairs of low- and mid-end medical equipment.
- Manage and handle incidents and repairs as the first-line point of contact for all users of our equipment
- Inspect medical equipment, facilities and systems in accordance with manufacturer protocols and guidelines and European medical device directives
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance within the critical services of Belgian hospitals, including registration and preparation of certificates
- Analyze and resolve technical problems, defects and process malfunctions, both remotely and at customer sites
- Entrance control of technical equipment within the established agreements
- Advising and informing customers about the condition of their products
Wanted talent
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- You are sociable, positive-minded and results-oriented
- You are communicatively and analytically strong, and can function both independently and as part of a team
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a technical environment
- Bilingualism NL/FR is a strong plus
- You are willing to participate in an on-call service
