Lateral rotation system

Giving changing position for pressure ulcer prevention is a recommendation of the EPUAP/NPUAP/PPPIA and is quiet standard in most care settings. However, manually turning patients is a time-consuming activity and requires physical effort on the part of caregivers and the patient. Day and night, because giving change position is a care that is best not interrupted. At night, however, it can be very annoying for the patient to be woken up each time. Toto is an automated changing position system that complies with European directives by automatically turning the patient onto the left or right side in a 30° lateral or supine position. What’s more, Toto offers the ability to choose the frequency of the alternating position and whether or not to allow the patient to rest more on a compromised body part.
