Job Description
To strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a driven Customer Service Advisor. In this role you will be a crucial link within our team, responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.
What will you do?
- Processing customer orders.
- Preparation of bids and tenders.
- Billing and financial tracking.
- Customer follow-up and support to the commercial field service.
Wanted talent
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree with experience in a commercial inside sales position.
- Flexible, independent and team-oriented.
- Strong communication skills; excellent in Dutch and French, good knowledge of English.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
