The new models, M6 Comfort AFib & M7 Intelli IT AFib, feature the patented Intellisense AFib algorithm, which detects possible atrial fibrillation with every blood pressure reading. This technology, which uses AI and machine learning, provides hypertension patients with an advanced tool for early detection of AFib, which can help prevent serious complications such as strokes.
The monitors simplify home health self-monitoring and are clinically validated with 95% accuracy for sensitivity and 98% for specificity.
