Job Description

As marketing communications specialist (marcom) management your different projects to support from specific business needs and integrate your the complete marketing mix.

What will you do?

  • Develop and/or initiate the development and production of marketing materials (such as product brochures, catalogs, mailings, product update memos, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver educational materials for sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with business unit managers, sales representatives and other colleagues to ensure transparency and alignment during marcom projects.
  • Manage and drive relationships with agencies and contractors to monitor brand consistency and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize online content on our website and social media channels, in line with the organization’s positioning, guidelines, business goals and storytelling.
  • Support the marketing of our products and solutions through conferences, trade shows and other events.
  • Organize product samples, manage inventory and provide product presentations at trade shows.
  • Plan, implement and report marketing activities required to launch new products.
  • Submit periodic reports on assigned topics.
  • Keep various databases and platforms up-to-date.
  • Taking responsibility for brand monitoring and ensuring our corporate identity.

Education/Experience

  • Formal marketing and/or communications training.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus and other languages are an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skill in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
  • General digital skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with WordPress, ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
